Our online class is designed for US-based Exporter Managers, Supervisors and Administrators responsible for setting-up, documenting, administering, and ensuring compliance with CTPAT. It encompasses all of CTPAT’s required Minimum Security Criteria (MSC). MSC 12.1 requires that security training is provided to employees on a regular basis. New employees must also receive this training as part of their orientation. The course may be used for both initial and annual refresher training.

This course focuses on the “people and physical security” aspect of CTPAT’s MSC. It thoroughly trains Exporter Managers, Supervisors and Administrators to recognize threats, enhance awareness of vulnerabilities, and understand the role each person plays in securing the supply chain.

Supervisors and managers who do not have additional CTPAT administrative responsibilities may only require the basic-level provided in course S19u–CTPAT for US Exporter Personnel.

Note: Since CTPAT security measure implementation varies by company, this course is intended to provide a general-purpose coverage of these topics only. For larger groups, we recommend customizing training by supplementing it with company-specific security policies and procedures. Please contact us for more information about customization.

Once you finish this course, a printable Certificate of Completion is available for download. The course can be completed in 12 hours or less and earns NCBFAA-registered students 11.5 CES continuing education credits.
