This is our basic-level course for Drivers & Warehouse Personnel. It meets CTPAT requirements for personnel required to understand, perform and comply with operational security measures. The course is suitable for warehouse personnel and drivers, regardless of the specific CTPAT categorization of their employer. It includes 7-point, 17-point, and TTVV seal inspection.

Our online course focuses on the “people and physical security” area of CTPAT’s MSC (minimum security criteria). It is designed to train personnel to recognize threats, enhance awareness of vulnerabilities, and understand the role each person plays in securing the supply chain.

MSC 12.1 requires that security training is provided to employees on a regular basis. New employees must also receive this training as part of their orientation. The course may be used for both initial and annual refresher training.

Note: Since CTPAT security measure implementation varies by company, this course is intended to provide a general-purpose coverage of these topics only. For larger groups, we recommend customizing training by supplementing it with company-specific security policies and procedures. Please contact us for more information about customization.

Once you finish this course, a printable Certificate of Completion is available for download. The course can be completed in 5 hours or less and earns NCBFAA-registered students 4.5 CCS/CES continuing education credits.
