This brief 1-hour online course covers how goods can qualify for classification in Chapter 98, Subchapter 1 under heading 9801. The HTSUS9801 duty free exemption can apply to both US- and foreign-origin products that have been exported from the United States and then returned without being advanced or improved. Documentation requirements is also covered.
