This international trade air cargo forwarding class addresses the functions and operational tasks of an air forwarder. It is focused on international shipping services such as organization, tasks performed (with special attention given to customer service), operational requirements for processing and delivering shipments, and relationships between airlines and other service providers.

 

Once you finish this course, a printable Certificate of Completion will be available for download. The course can be completed in 15.5 hours or less and earns NCBFAA-registered students 15 CCS/CES continuing education credits.

For those who are already a Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) or a Certified Export Specialist (CES) registered with the NCBFAA, provide us with your CCS/CES ID number and you will automatically get continuing education credits upon the successful completion of a qualified course. To get your CE credits, follow these easy steps:

 

  1. Register for DB Schenker online training (if you haven’t already done so)
  2. Login with your user name and password, and you will be directed to your “My Page” section.
  3. Select “Update user record” on the right, enter your CCS or CES number in the “NCBFAA ID” field, and click Submit Update.

That’s it! Once you’re signed up, we’ll automatically send any CE credits you earn directly to the NCBFAA!
