This class educates shippers on how to proceed when your cargo has been lost or damaged during domestic or international shipping, including preliminary claim notifications, what obligations you have to mitigate further loss, how to prepare a formal claim to the carrier/insurance company and how to navigate the claims adjustment and settlement process.
Once you finish this course, a printable Certificate of Completion will be available for download. The course can be completed in 5.25 hours or less and earns NCBFAA-registered students 5 CCS/CES continuing education credits.
