Air Freight IATA Dangerous Goods Training is required for all new and existing employees who handle Dangerous Goods or Hazardous Materials (Hazmat). This course is based on the latest IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations, Title 49, CFR, and ICAO Technical Instructions, and is updated regularly.
When must employees be trained?
According to IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations, employers must certify that new employees have had initial Dangerous Goods training within 90 days of being hired or change of job function. Existing employees must receive recurrent training at least every two years. This course satisfies both initial and recurrent training requirements.
